Rita Ann Alvarado, Kenneth Charles Cosper, and Irvin D. Grant appeal after each of them was convicted of multiple crimes during a single incident. All three appellants were convicted of two counts of attempted robbery (Pen. Code, §§ 664/211) 1 and one count of burglary (§ 459). Grant was also convicted of possession of a sawed-off shotgun (§ 12020). Alvarado was convicted of receiving stolen property (§ 496) and of possession of a concealable firearm by an ex-felon (§ 12021). She also pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter (§ 192, subd. 1) after a trial of a murder…
