INTRODUCTION

This action is the fallout from an Internet scam evidently perpetrated on consumers over their heads in debt and looking for a way out. Plaintiff evidently fell prey to the scheme. Plaintiff contests the validity of an arbitration award against her, which defendant The Chase Manhattan Bank obtained at the National Arbitration Forum after plaintiff became delinquent on her credit card account.
