I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Josephine Grimm and Lester Grimm (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) filed the first styled civil action against Defendant First National Bank of Pennsylvania (hereinafter “FNB”), alleging nine causes of action arising out of alleged fraudulent activity associated with checking accounts Plaintiffs held with FNB.
