On rehearing, the defendant insurer challenges this Court’s previous opinion which affirmed the circuit court’s order of summary disposition in plaintiff’s favor, Nasser v Auto Club Ins Ass’n, 169 Mich App 182; 425 NW2d 762 (1988). After considering the arguments on the motion for rehearing, we find it necessary to elaborate on our previous opinion so as to prevent any possible misreading of our holdings.
