1 At issue in this appeal is a City of Enid ordinance prohibiting 18 to 20 year-olds from entering any establishment licensed to sell low-point beer in which nearly nude dancing is permitted. Appellants appeal from the denial of their motion for summary judgment and the grant of the City's motion for summary judgment.
