Plaintiff has appealed from a judgment based on a directed verdict for defendants, and from thy order denying his motion for a new trial. The latter is not an appealable order and the appeal therefrom should be dismissed.
The action was brought by plaintiff to recover for personal injuries received by him when he was hit by a streetcar operated by the city, it being alleged that the proximate cause of the accident was the negligent operation of the streetcar by defendants.
