A bill was filed in this court by the W.D. Cashin Co., acorporation, v. Alamac Hotel Co., a corporation (56-262), in which Edward Maxson, Esquire, and others, were appointed receivers for the defendant, an insolvent corporation. The others did not qualify. Afterwards, the Bankers Trust Company filed a petition for leave to foreclose a mortgage made to it by the Alamac Hotel Company, which leave was granted, and thereafter a bill of foreclosure was filed by the BankersTrust Co. v.
