The receivers of the defendant corporation were appointed by the late Vice-Chancellor Bentley on October 24th, 1929, and their appointment continued by me. Defendant corporation was the owner of the La Reine Hotel, located at Bradley Beach, New Jersey, and with the consent of all of the creditors an arrangement was made for its operation during the summer seasons of 1930 and 1931, by means of a lease to an operating company formed for the purpose.
