OPINION

ROSEMARY GAMBARDELLA, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court upon motion of Citibank, NA.. (“Citibank”), a secured creditor, to annul the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d), to validate the foreclosure sale of the debtors’ residence, and granting prospective relief barring the debtors from filing another bankruptcy peti tion for 180.days or ordering that the automatic stay of any future bankruptcy petition will not be imposed against Citibank as to the debtors’ residence.
