The fundamental rights upon which the complainants in these cases rest their claim to relief are established by the judgment of the court of errors and appeals in Lennig v. Ocean City Association, 11 N. J. Eq. 606, and in Bridgewater v. Ocean City Railroad, 62 N. J. Eq. 276; affirmed, 63 N. J. Eq. 798.
