A. INTRODUCTION
This is a civil suit wherein the Government complains that Sections 1 and 2 of' the Sherman Act [Act of July 2, 1890, c.. 647, 26 Stat. 209, 50 Stat. 693, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2] have been violated by Grinnell Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Providence, Rhode Island, (hereafter called “Grinnell”), and three corporations, a majority of the capital stock of each of which is owned by Grinnell, to…
