—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract and for an accounting, the plaintiffs appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Floyd, J.), dated August 5, 1998, which denied their motion for partial summary judgment and granted the *507defendant’s cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) a judgment of the same court, entered August 21, 1998, dismissing the complaint.
