On remand from the Supreme Court for consideration as on leave granted, 432 Mich 930 (1989), plaintiff appeals from an opinion and order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board denying disability compensation. We reverse and remand.
Plaintiff, an hourly employee of defendant, was struck by an automobile while crossing a public street on his way to work. Defendant provided parking for its employees in a lot situated on the south side of an east-west street. The street dead-ends at defendant’s plant.
