Plaintiff, a ten-year-old pupil attending the Antioch Live Oak School was struck in the face by a baseball bat which flew from the hands of another pupil while they were playing a game of baseball on the school grounds during school hours, under the direction and supervision of the principal and the physical education teacher of said school, as part of the physical education course which plaintiff was required to take along with other school work.
