This appeal is from a final judgment establishing the true and correct boundary line between plaintiff's and defendants' land. We affirm.

This dispute arose when plaintiff, Mr. Rutland, had a survey made of a quarter-quarter section of land he had recently purchased. The survey revealed that the boundary line previously recognized as the line between the contiguous tracts of real estate owned by the plaintiff and defendants was not the actual boundary line indicated by their respective deeds of conveyance.
