MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

After eleven years, it is time to bring this litigation to an end. This case comes before this Court on three motions. The first is a motion for summary judgment filed by Plaintiff Donald Rohan (“Plaintiff’), seeking reversal of the Administrative Law Judge’s (“ALJ”) finding of not disabled for the period from June 30, 1989 to March 29,1992.
