I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Lesbelia Resendes (“Resendes”) appeals from the denial of her application for Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”) benefits by the Social Security Administration (“SSA”). Re sendes’s appeal presents two main arguments: First, that the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) erred in finding that Resendes’ emotional and cognitive problems did not constitute a “severe” impairment.
