I. INTRODUCTION

This is an action for judicial review of a final decision by the acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("Commissioner") regarding an individual's entitlement to Supplemental Security Income ("SSI") and Social Security Disability Insurance ("SSDI") under Titles XVI and II, respectively, of the Social Security Act (the "Act").
