ORDER and OPINION
HOCHBERG, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon Defendants’ (collectively “Aetna”) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint (DKT# 58). The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331. Plaintiffs also assert jurisdiction under the Class Action Fairness Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1332(d)(2)(A) because the amount in controversy allegedly exceeds $5 million and a member of the Plaintiff Class is a citizen of a state different from any Defendant.
