Alphonse Boge, Jr. appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Southern District of Iowa granting summary judgment in favor of Ringland-Johnson-Crowley Co. (RJC). Boge v. Ringland-Johnson-Crowley Co., No. 4-89-cv-70052 (S.D. Iowa July 9, 1991) (judgment). The district court held that Boge had failed to exhaust his administrative remedies, id.
