Plaintiffs, Candice V. Coleman, Kimberly D. Coleman, and Nisa Hawkins, proceeding pro se, appeal the jury verdict for the defendant, Shoney’s, Inc. (“Shoney’s”), in this employment discrimination action brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. This case has been referred to a panel of the court pursuant to Rule 34(j)(l), Rules of the Sixth Circuit. Upon examination, this panel unanimously agrees that oral argument is not needed. Fed. R.App. P. 34(a).
