Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs, in accordance with the following memorandum: In 1976, plaintiff had a cancerous kidney removed. On January 29, 1980, she was admitted by her physician to St. Joseph Intercommunity Hospital complaining of chest and abdominal pain. During the hospital stay, defendant Radiologic Physicians of Western New York (Radiologic Physicians) performed a bone scan and diagnosed bone cancer.
