Upon complaint of Dunbar Armored Express, Inc. (Dunbar), the Regional Director of the Fifth Region of the National Labor Relations Board (Petitioner), on behalf of the Board, filed a petition with this Court pursuant to § 10 (Z) of the National Labor Relations Act 1 (the Act) for injunctive relief alleging that the Respondent Union (the Union) was engaging in an unfair labor practice proscribed by § 8(b)(7) (C) 2 of the Act.
