This cause comes before the court upon the order of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas disqualifying Sarbey's attorney, Scott H. Ruport, from representing Sarbey in his claim against defendants, on the ground of conflict of interest in violation of Disciplinary Rule 5-105 of the Ohio Code of professional Responsibility.
