Plaintiff-appellant Ruth Kamerman (“Kamerman”), executrix of the estate of Norman Kamerman, the original plaintiff, alleges that defendant-appellee Saul Stein-berg (“Steinberg”), in concert with defendants-appellees Reliance Group Holdings, Inc. (“RGH”), Reliance Group Inc. (“RG”), Reliance Financial Services Corp.
