Serio, Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York, in his capacity as Liquidator of Nassau Insurance Company (Liquidator), against both of the DiLoreto defendants in the amount of $20,507,456.86, and against defendant Richard DiLoreto alone in the additional amount of $8,293,008.49, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
