O'Neal v. Arndt, Unpublished Decision (6-30-1999)

This is an appeal from the judgment of the Ottawa County Court of Common Pleas which granted appellees' motions for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the decision of the trial court.

Donald R. Bower was driving a vehicle on County Road 59, Bolander Road, in front of White Rock Quarry ("the quarry"). Appellant, Derek O'Neal, was a passenger in Bower's vehicle, a 1991 Honda CRX.
