NUGENT, Presiding Judge.

Plaintiffs appeal from the judgment of the trial court that under the insurance policy between plaintiffs and Commercial Standard Insurance Company providing coverage for “errors and omissions” in the operation of an employee benefit program, plaintiffs are not entitled to recover the amount of judgment nor the cost of defense in an earlier suit brought by the widow of a former employee.
