This is a workmen’s compensation case. G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 152. The single member found that “the employee, who, as an adjustor and investigator for an insurance company, was on call at any hour of the day or night, did sustain an injury when getting out of his car” as a result of which he was incapacitated, that “this injury arose out of and in the course of his employment,” and that “he is *539entitled to compensation.” The board affirmed and adopted the findings and decision of the single member.
