Bloch, and Jacob Bloch, a copartnership doing business under the firm name and style of Abe Bloch & Co., against James W. Lusk and others, Receivers of" the St. Louis & San Francisco Railroad Company. Judgment for plaintiffs, and defendants bring error.

“It is hereby agreed by and between the undersigned, attorneys for both plaintiffs and defendants, that if witnesses were produced in open court in this case the evidence would be as follows':
