This is an action to recover for the loss of hand-baggage. The case was first tried ex parte by a brother judge without a jury, and a finding made by him for the plaintiff in the sum of $766. A new trial was subsequently granted and the case was later tried by a judge without a jury, and a finding made for the plaintiff in the sum of $743. The matter is now before us on a motion for a new trial and for judgment for the defendant non obstante veredicto.
