*1041Attorney Regulation. Upon conclusion of a sanctions hearing, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge suspended Respondent Joel E. Urbaniak (Registration #175183) from the practice of law for a period of three (8) years, effective January 13, 2005. In this proceeding, it was established through the entry of default that Respondent abandoned one civil client (plaintiff) and neglected two criminal clients (defendants).
