MEMORANDUM OPINION

HEYBURN, Chief Judge.

Milton and June Peacock (the “Peacocks”) and J & M Tracks, LLC (“J & M Tracks”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) assert violations of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 2301-2312 (“Magnu-son-Moss”) and the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act (“KCPA”); breach of express and implied warranties; and breach of duty of good faith pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code against Damon Corporation (“Damon”) and MCS Enterprises LLC d/b/a Tinker’s Toys Dixie RV (“Tinker’s Toys”) (collectively “Defendants”).
