This was an action in trover, brought by appellee against appellant. A trial was had in the Circuit Court, which resulted in a judgment for appellee, and appellant brings the case here on appeal, and asks for a reversal.

The declaration alleges that on July 20,1886, at Black-stone, in Livingston county, the plaintiff was lawfully possessed, as of its own property, of 24,000 bushels of corn, of the value of $10,000, and that plaintiff then and there lost the same, .and that the same then and there came to the possession of the defendants by finding, and that, knowing the said corn to be the…
