Plaintiffs are husband and wife. Ada Reay Trenehard is the daughter of defendant Alexander Reay and sister of defendant Margaret Jamison. Defendant A. C. Reay is the son of Alexander Reay and brother of Ada Reay Trenehard. John S. Jamison is husband of Margaret Jamison. Specific performance of an alleged oral contract for the conveyance of real estate is sought by plaintiffs. The relationship of the parties and the circumstances leading up to the contract claimed to have been made between plaintiffs and Alexander Reay are alleged in the complaint.
