MEMORANDUM OPINION

FEIKENS, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Microelectronic Systems Corporation of America [Micro], brings these diversity actions against defendants, Bamber-ger’s, a Division of R. H. Macy & Co., Inc. and R. H. Macy & Co., Inc. [Macy’s]. Plaintiff alleges that each defendant ordered and received shipments of certain electronic watches manufactured by plaintiff and that both defendants failed to remit the sums owing to plaintiff for their purchases.
