This diversity action involves a contract between the plaintiff, American Business Overseas (“ABO”), and the defendant, Methods Research Products, Inc. (“Methods”), under the terms of which the defendant was to package a certain quantity of “FAF rat glue.” The goods were to be shipped directly from the defendant’s place of business to a Saudi Arabian concern known as Agricultural Development Stores (“ADS”).
