Pursuant to his pleas, Appellant was found guilty by a military judge sitting as a special court-martial of two specifications of absence without leave, and one specification each of the following: making a false official statement, damaging property, and larceny, in violation of Articles 86, 107, 109, and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 907, 909, 921 (2006).
