BROCK, Justice.

This is a workmen’s compensation dispute.

On February 3, 1975, the Chancery Court for Greene County entered a decree approving and adopting a lump sum compromise settlement agreement entered into between the employee, Paul J. Corby, and his employer, E. N. Matthews, Jr., and the employer’s insurer, Aetna Life & Casualty Insurance Company.
