The petition was filed against the defendants, who had an office and a place of bnsiness in Johnson City, in the law conrt at Johnson City, to enforce payment under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. The petitioner recites that he is a citizen and resident of Carter county and was injured in course of employment while at work for the defendants in Carter county. These facts appeared on the face of the petition. The defendants moved to dismiss for the want of jurisdiction, and the motion was sustained upon authority of Harr v. Booher, 146 Tenn., 694.
