Martha Ammons brings suit against Ally Financial, Inc. ("Ally"), under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), 47 U.S.C. § 227, et seq. This case arises out of hundreds of debt-collection telephone calls that Ammons claims Ally made to her cellular telephone. Before the Court are (a) Ally's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc.
