Plaintiff-appellant, George Gaetano LaBanca, appeals the district court’s granting of a motion to quash service of maritime attachment and garnishment of funds of the appellees in the Clearwater Federal Savings & Loan Association. The relevant facts are brief. Appellant originally filed a tort claim against the appellees in a Florida court alleging injury as the result of the negligent operation of a pleasure boat in Florida waters.
