HALBERT, District Judge.

This action arises out of an automobile accident. Plaintiffs initiated the action against the defendant, United States of America (hereinafter United States), and others, pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Tort Claims Act (Title 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b) and 2671 et seq.). The defendant, United States, has now, under the provisions of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 14(a), filed a third-party complaint against third-party defendants, Randa K.
