DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs Complaint for Violation of the Automatic Stay as set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 362(a). In his complaint, the Plaintiff seeks that the “Defendant be enjoined from any further action to collect the sums claimed due.” (Doc. No. 1). Present at the Trial were the Plaintiff, representing himself, and Phillip Dombey, as attorney for the Defendant.
