Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Washington County (Berke, J.), rendered May 8, 1997, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of burglary in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree (five counts), criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree (eight counts) and criminal possession of burglar’s tools.
