This diversity case was tried before this Court in a non-jury trial on September 19-28, 1994 and November 14-17, 1994. The plaintiff is Fort Washington Resources, Inc. (“FWR”), a Pennsylvania company that seeks damages for breach of contract, negligent performance of professional services, intentional interference with a prospective business advantage, and conversion.
