A. INTRODUCTION

Presently before us is the joint motion (“the Motion”) of HCFP Funding, Inc. (“HCFP”) and the Chapter 7 Trustee of certain of the affiliated Debtors, Christine Shubert, Esquire (“the Trustee;” with HCFP, “the Movants”), seeking authority to distribute monies pursuant to a Final Cash Collateral Order (“the Order”) entered by this Court on January 15, 1999.
