The trial court entered a decree for the rescission of a transaction or series of transactions between Bartholomew Properties, Inc. (“the Company”) and Ralph D. Rocks (sometimes referred to below as “the Purchaser”) and his nominees or straw parties, the defendants Justine A. Straus and Dorothy M. Parkison.
