The defendant in error, Lometa Richard, hereafter referred to as plaintiff, brought this action in the district court of Muskogee county, Okla., against the plaintiff in error, Eastman Richard, hereafter referred to as defendant, wherein she alleged she was a resident of Muskogee county, Okla., and was married to the defendant on or about the 1st day of October, 1930, and continued to live with him as his wife until on or about the 10th day of May, 1932, when they ceased to live together as man and wife and had not since said date cohabited as man and wife, but lived separately and apart;…
