WOLLMAN, Justice.
This is a disciplinary action brought against George W. Kunkle (respondent), an attorney at law practicing in Yankton, South Dakota.
On December 12, 1972, the chairman of the grievance committee of the State Bar of South Dakota submitted a report that had been prepared for the committee by its investigator regarding the alleged misconduct of respondent, along with the committee’s report and unanimous recommendation that disbarment proceedings be initiated against respondent.
